Given the amount of complaining that had been going on in the past weeks about Technorati, I guess the timing couldn’t have been better. It always seemed that it would be a lot easier for a Search Engine to add yet another format (Feeds), rather than for a relatively new company to add good search-algorithms and spam-filters. It will certainly be interesting to watch what’s going to be happening next.


btw: To be included in Google’s Blogsearch according to their help, you have to publish a feed and ping weblogs.com (or one of the other meta-ping sites). So as a Textpattern user that pings Ping-o-matic you should already be seeing your site listed in blogsearch.
